Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a technical indicator that analyses the speed and change of price movements. RSI is one the types of momentum oscillator, and it measure the magnitude of recent price changes to evaluate the overbought or oversold conditions in the prices. The RSI oscillates at points between 0 and 100.
When RSI indicator moves above the points 70, it is considered that the price is overbought or overvalued and may tend to be suitable for reversal trend in prices. While RSI moving at or below 30 points indicates an oversold or overvalued prices and tend to be reversal in prices toward bullish trend.
